Friendly and professional. I needed a very high leylandii hedge trimmed carefully, as it is a feature of the garden. They made suggestions as to how it should be cut and carried out the work with great attention to detail and care. They did a wonderful job of turning an out of control hedge into a well manicured feature of the garden. Afterwards they tidied up and left the garden clear of any cuttings or rubbish. Jay and his team came and cut down some very large overgrown hedges for us - which regular gardeners were unable and unequipped to take care of.  They did a great job and were very professional. Jay and his team were fantastic. First and foremost, they are great guys! Very friendly funny and respectful. They came over within an hour of calling, we had a great chat before they carried out the work. They made sure to understand what exactly we wanted and delivered to a T. We are so happy with the results. They constantly checked in to make sure it was exactly how we wanted. They cleaned up after themselves and left no mess whatsoever.
